Brigid Bio's monoclonal antibody based immunotherapy approach has been featured in The Lancet's coverage of the Fungal Update: Mycology Conference 2026
At Mycology Conference 2026, Prof Carol Munro presented promising preclinical data on our pan-fungal, first in class human monoclonal antibodies and their proven efficacy in invasive fungal infections in immunosuppressed and immunocompetent models. These antibodies are designed to target novel fungal cell wall proteins, present in Candida and Aspergillus spp representing a significant breakthrough in the fight against invasive fungal infections.
